On July 27th, as part of the Michelin on the Road events, Toqué! will welcome two chefs from Barcelona for a special collaborative meal. Chef Xavier Pellicer from Celeri restaurant will come to share his delicate cuisine, centered on authenticity and traceability, affinities he shares with his friend Chef Laprise. Chef David Andres Morera from ABaC restaurant will complete the trio. Chef Pellicer served as a mentor to the young Morera for many years and Chef Laprise met him during the Young Chef San Pellegrino 2017 competition held in Milan, where he finished second. It will be an exceptional dinner where reunion and love of good food will be celebrated.
The meal will take the form of a gourmet 6-course dinner with wine pairing. You will have the chance to taste Quebec ingredients prepared with a Catalan touch.
